● All participants (including passengers) MUST be 18 years or older. Proof Required.

●All Drivers MUST be 18 years or older with proof of a valid driver's license. 

● All visitors driving their own SUV/4x4s must provide proof of valid registration, inspection, and insurance coverage. Insurance cards, registrations and inspections will be reviewed at check in. 
● All Members will have their signed Release of Liability Waiver Form & their signed Club Rules Form on file for quick access to trails. 

● All Guests must read and sign both a Release of Liability Waiver Form & Club Rules Form at registration at each visit. 
● All Members and Guests must maintain a 25 foot distance from vehicles in front of them. All Members and Guests must keep all their body parts inside the vehicle and stay in the vehicle at all times on trails unless directed to leave the vehicle. Drivers must turn off the engine and remove the keys whenever leaving the vehicle. 
● All visitors' vehicles must display a safety flag from antennas or poles. Flags and flagpoles are available for sale. 
● All visitors must display a season or daily pass sticker visible to all.
● Trail Membership Trips start promptly at scheduled times. Trail Membership Trips must attend a short safety inspection and safety meeting. In the event we are not able to conduct a trip for any reason, we will issue a Rain Check. 
● Trail speed limit is 10 mph on all trails. Seat belts must be worn at all times while driving on property. All vehicles must be in control at all times. We reserve the right to remove any speed violators from the trails with no refund. 
● No alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons are allowed on property. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance, will be removed from the land with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note, DO NOT DRIVE ON PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES... 
● All SUVs / 4WD’s must have at least one tow point (example: tow hook or receiver trailer hitch). Front and rear tow points are mandatory for all trails and obstacles rated 5 and above. 
● All SUVs / 4WD’s must have the following: proper roll over protection (i.e. roof, roll bar) , full size spare tire or tire large enough to get you out of the trails, battery tie down (no bungee cords), seat belts, tow points, and trash bags, as EZ Riders Off Road Club is a you take it in you take it out facility. 
● No disorderly conduct will be permitted. NO LITTERING.
● Smoking is allowed on the land, with exception of our tents, shelters or comfort stations. NO CIGARS, CIGARETTE BUTTS, CHEWING TOBACCO MAY BE DEPOSITED ON PROPERTY. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. Please bring your own cans or ashtrays. 
● Everyone must stay on the appropriate level trail suited for your vehicle's equipment and it's driver ability. We reserve the right to refuse any vehicle access to our trails, due to safety or operations issues. 
● Breakdown Policy - In the event your vehicle breaks down, we promise to recover your vehicle and have it brought to the front gate where you can arrange for repair or towing. In the event that the vehicle is not immediately repairable, we promise to provide any members or guests with access to transportation to the nearest service center or lodging if necessary. 
● A Walkie Talkie is mandatory. We do have decent cell phone coverage for communication. 
● All Members & Guests that drive their own rigs must agree to rinse their undercarriages before leaving the trails if deemed necessary by us. Your cooperation is needed to control our soil loss as well as respect for our neighbors. 
● Respect the rights of others.
● We have worked very hard to offer this unique trail riding opportunity. Members & Guests that pose a safety threat to themselves or others will be ejected from the trails without a refund, and will be suspended from future visits.

No alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons are allowed on farm property. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance will be removed from the farm with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note, DO NOT DRIVE ON PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES. Coolers will be checked prior to starting the trip.
